Prenatal Massage is beneficial throughout the entire nine months of pregnancy, however, if you are having a high risk pregnancy it is best to discuss your condition with your midwife or physician before seeking treatment. Postnatal Massage is helpful in recovering from the birthing experience and easing muscle discomfort due to poor sleep, breastfeeding and consent snuggling.

A typical massage session takes at least 60 minutes but up to 90 minutes. The patient will be supported with pillows while side lying during treatment.

Thai Massage (also known as Thai Yoga Massage) is a massage modality where your therapist takes you through passive stretching, acupressure, and mobilization. Benefits include reduced tension, stress relief, relaxation – but Thai Massage is particularly beneficial for when you’re sore, achy, and generally feeling stiff.

It is an amazing full-body treatment that increases mobility, decreases tension, and leaves you feeling limber and light! Treatments are performed on a massage table, FULLY CLOTHED in loose, flexible fabric you can be moved in (eg leggings and a gym shirt, longer gym shorts and a t-shirt). Thai massage incorporates myofascial stretch, joint mobilizations, passive range of motion, acupressure, dynamic stretch, and other related massage techniques. This treatment is a particularly good choice if you've been feeling stiff in your back from sitting all the time. Table Thai looks a lot like having your yoga done to you except you get to just relax while you are stretched and twisted out. It is an amazing full-body treatment that increases mobility, decreases tension, and leaves you feeling limber and light!
