Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be subject to the following fees:

  • 50% of the appointment fee for the FIRST missed or late-cancelled appointment

After which: - 100% of the appointment fee for any missed or late-cancelled appointments

These fees are not eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits.

Prenatal Massage is safe throughout all stages of pregnancy and helps relieve discomfort, improve circulation, and support relaxation. Clients are treated in a comfortable, side-lying position with pillows for support. Please consult your care provider if you have a high-risk pregnancy.

Postnatal Massage can help ease tension from feeding, carrying, and lack of sleep, and support recovery after birth. C-section scar work is available after 6 weeks with no complications.
Babies are always welcome to join you.

Paediatric Massage is beneficial for children and teens to support growing bodies, ease stress or anxiety, and promote healthy sleep, posture, and body awareness.
For children under 12, we recommend starting with a 30-minute session.

Flora’s Walk is Canada’s largest Perinatal Mental Health fundraiser. Thanks to Flora’s Walk, over 100 organizations across Canada have been able to offer free and low-cost support groups and therapy to individuals and families struggling with perinatal mental health conditions. Over the past 3 years, the Barrie Flora’s Walk has raised over $50,000 for Perinatal Mental Health initiatives in our community. We are able to provide reduced-fee Therapy and Postpartum support groups at Evergreen thanks to these funds raised by Team Barrie.
