As a qualifying registered psychotherapist, I am passionate about supporting youth (10+), young adults, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth. I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences and use talk therapy as a way to identify challenges, and take more control over their lives.
My approach is holistic and collaborative, focusing on the therapeutic relationship and grounded in Adlerian theory, which emphasizes understanding individuals within their social context, fostering a sense of belonging, and encouraging clients to develop the confidence and tools to face life’s difficulties. I also integrate elements of other approaches, always tailoring therapy to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
I work with clients on a range of concerns, including anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, and the everyday challenges that can feel overwhelming. My goal is to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
Currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, I am committed to ethical, compassionate care and engage in regular clinical supervision as a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
