Barrie ND since 2004.

In 2018, I became a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor. By combining this approach with my naturopathic medical training, I help my patients focus on their health without compromising their relationship with food or their bodies with weight-loss advice or food restrictions. ##Who do I help? The most common heath concerns that I help are fatigue, stress and hormone concerns as well as mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Others come in with diagnoses linked with the “just lose weight” rhetoric. These include Insulin resistance, diabetes, PCOS, hypertension, high cholesterol and fatty liver disease.

Many of my patients are recovering from the effects of chronic dieting including weight cycling, binge eating and stress eating. They’re looking for food freedom and body peace. They want to raise their children differently but aren’t sure how.
