Postnatal Massage can help ease tension from feeding, carrying, and lack of sleep, and support recovery after birth. C-section scar work is available after 6 weeks with no complications.
Babies are always welcome to join you.

Paediatric Massage is beneficial for children and teens to support growing bodies, ease stress or anxiety, and promote healthy sleep, posture, and body awareness.
For children under 12, we recommend starting with a 30-minute session.

Abdominal & Pelvic Surgery Recovery Massage
Supports healing after C-sections and other abdominal or pelvic surgeries (6+ weeks post-op), reduces scar tissue and numbness, and helps with digestive issues like bloating, IBS, or reflux. Gentle abdominal work can also calm the nervous system and improve breathing.

Fertility & Pelvic Health Massage (Mercier Therapy)
A gentle, non-invasive massage that promotes pelvic circulation and mobility. It can support conception (naturally or with fertility treatments) and reduce discomfort from painful periods. Treatment includes focused work on the abdomen, hips, and lower back.

Breast & Chest Massage
Tailored to your needs, this therapy supports circulation, lymphatic drainage, and recovery after surgery or inflammation (including mastitis, augmentation, top surgery, and more). The nipple is never touched, and consent is revisited throughout.

Flora’s Walk is Canada’s largest Perinatal Mental Health fundraiser. Thanks to Flora’s Walk, over 100 organizations across Canada have been able to offer free and low-cost support groups and therapy to individuals and families struggling with perinatal mental health conditions. Over the past 3 years, the Barrie Flora’s Walk has raised over $50,000 for Perinatal Mental Health initiatives in our community. We are able to provide reduced-fee Therapy and Postpartum support groups at Evergreen thanks to these funds raised by Team Barrie.

Dr. Bos graduated Chiropractic school in 2018 and started her career within a sports medicine setting. As a former Division I NCAA soccer player, she has a passion for high performance training and exercise rehab specifically in female athletes. She strives to keep patients in the sports/activities they love doing. Upon becoming a mother, she realized her passion was more than helping athletes perform their best and aid in their recovery.
